Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding FL, NY, and RI), Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United Kingdom. This promotion is also open to all other global regions where such participation is permitted by local law. Entrants must have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Ghost Technologies Inc. team members and their immediate families are ineligible. Void where prohibited.

1) Online Entry: Select and purchase an entry pack at culturexnetwork.com. 2) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Legibly hand-print your name, address, and email on a 4x6 postcard and mail to 1685 H St, #52897, Blaine, WA 98230. One postcard equals the maximum entries available for a single purchase. Envelopes will not be accepted.

One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing. Canadian residents must correctly answer a simple mathematical skill-testing question to be declared the winner. Failure to respond may result in disqualification.

Prize details and Approximate Retail Value (ARV) are listed on the specific contest page. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

Participation is subject to all applicable local laws. By entering, the participant represents that their participation is legal in their jurisdiction. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for entries that violate local regulations. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their eligibility under their specific regional laws.

Fraudulent activity, including purchasing items to obtain entries with the intent to return them after the sweepstakes ends, is strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified and banned.

If minimum entry thresholds are not met, the Sponsor reserves the absolute right to substitute the main prize with a cash alternative based on a percentage of gross entry proceeds from that specific campaign, or a fixed cash sum, at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

The odds of winning depend strictly on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or amend these Official Rules at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

Personal data collected during entry is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, you grant the Sponsor permission to collect, store, and process your information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes.

To request the name of the prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor's official address no later than thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes period closes.
